The Exhibition
Behind the Curtain showcases the artists whose work transports audiences during a live performance. From the painters who transform wood and canvas into new worlds to the lighting designers that illuminate the stage, and the stylists that craft the costumes and makeup, artists add magic to live theater. In partnership with Harrisburg’s Open Stage, this exhibit aims to pull back the curtain on the wonderful careers and opportunities in the theater arts.

A Brand New VanGo!
Staff at the Susquehanna Art Museum and designers at Winnebago have created a new VanGo. Combining the best features of the prior VanGo! vehicles and the latest in technological features, VanGo!#4 is poised to expand the Susquehanna Art Museum’s reach farther than ever before.

Visits include tours onboard the VanGo, group assemblies, and a hands-on activity. The morning assembly is approximately 25 minutes and requires a screen and projector.
