One of the greatest challenges facing the Susquehanna Art Museum during the Covid-19 pandemic is having to restrict access to the museum and the original works of art on view.

This is an interactive summary of the indigenous people who lived on the land upon which the Susquehanna Art Museum now stands. In these pages, you will find a brief summary of Native American cultural development in Pennsylvania, specifically with regards to the Susquehannock & Conestoga people. This process begins over 16,000 years ago with the earliest inhabitants migrating into the New World during the Ice Age.

Separate and Unequaled is a curated exhibition of paintings and multimedia works that highlight historic figures in baseball’s Negro League. The exhibition is on view from March 6 – October 18, 2020 in the S. Wilson and the Grace M. Pollock Education Center Gallery.
