Kids Art Club: Abstract Art

In this class, students will explore the Abstraction work on view in SAM’s main gallery and discuss their reactions to specific works of art. They will engage in drawing and painting exercises to help them tap into their creativity and create their own abstract works of art!

This class is designed for students ages 8-12.

Class Hours:

October 21, 2023

10:30 am – 12:30 pm 

This is a drop-off class, parents/guardians are welcome to stay and enjoy our exhibits or return for pick up at 12:30 pm. 

Class fee:

$12 with RSVP, $15 day of admission 

Museum members receive a 10% discount.

Pre-registration ends Friday, October 20 at 4:00 pm. After this time, tickets will need to be purchased at the museum on the day of the class.
